Effective July 1, 2010, the Credit Union will no longer be able to charge overdraft fees on Debit Card and ATM transactions due to recent changes in overdraft rules and regulations, unless the member Opts-In to the Overdraft Program. All members enrolled in the Debit Card Program were sent a form to Opt-In or Opt-Out of this program. If your form has been misplaced, you can find it by clicking the following link or under Forms as "Overdraft Consent Form". For those that Opt-Out of the coverage, overdraft fees can still be charged for Draft and ACH transactions. If you have questions regarding this new regulation, please contact the Credit Union. _______________
Automatic Account Transfer: Are you tired of forgetting to transfer from your regular shares account (001) to your draft account (501) and then get hit with an overdraft fee? You may want to consider signing up for our Account Transfer Program. For an annual maintenance fee of $50.00, we will transfer from the 001 share account to your share draft account so you won't receive an overdraft fee. It could save you time and money. As long as there are enough funds in your 001 share account, the only fee you'll have is the annual maintenance fee. If there isn't enough funds in the account, then you will incur the $30.00 overdraft fee. Christmas and Vacation Club Accounts: 2010 Christmas Club Dividend - 1.00% APR beginning October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. Funds will be disbursed either by a check or transfer on October 1, 2010. If you would like the funds transferred to your Credit Union Share or Share Draft Account, please contact the Credit Union before October 1, 2010.
2011 Vacation Club Dividend - 1.00% APR beginning May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011. Funds will be disbursed either by a check or transfer on May 1, 2011. If you would like the funds transferred to your Credit Union Share or Share Draft Account, please contact the Credit Union before May 1, 2011. _______________
